Kristin

With my first child I could not return to exercising until after he was a
year old. He always nursed every two hours or two and a half hours under
most circumstances until age 17 months. Whenever I went to exercise I
would spend the next two days totally exhausted and my milk would
decrease. This was despite lots of water before and after the session,
and the fact that I had exercised at the same level or even higher during
my entire prognancy. I was not even doing extremely heavy exercise.

This time I didn't even bother trying as both he and my second really are
very "mommy needy" after I have been at work. She is still nursing, he
isn't, just needs to spend time with me.

I figure gradually they will be able to spend more time without me and
I'll be able to restart things.
