After reading a few follow-up posts to my original post, I am concerned that
perhaps some may have construed my comments to suggest that lack of
breastfeeding could be a sole cause of depression. May it never be! I was
thinking in terms of multiple causative factors, but focusing on this as one
possible aspect. Please, no one take offense! I have also suffered
depression and I was breastfed for 6 mos (though solids were forced down me
starting at 3 wks-- ugh!), so I am *not* casting aspersions upon the
depressed; it's just my nature to ask questions.
