Subject: videos
Morning all! I am about to start teaching a Childbirth Education Series and
would like some input. My resources are limited (as well as class time) so I
can only afford one video related to breastfeeding. If you had to choose from
all those available, which have you found to be most effective( informative,
graphic, etc.)?
Also, a quick question (I hope). If, as we know, breast milk is ideally
suited for baby at each feeding and at each stage of life, how "good" is it
to feed baby breastmilk that has been frozen for some number of weeks? I
personally have never stored or frozen but have clients who have and those
who plan to.
Thanks so much!!
