No, it isn't true. I'm sure someone in the IBLCE office will concur with me.
There is no move afoot (abreast?) to make a BSN a requirement for the IBLCE
exam. However, there is, of course, nothing to stop the NCC (National
Certification Corporation) from developing a nursing certification exam for
lactation (which would confer an RNC) and which might require a BSN. But to
date I haven't heard that NCC is contemplating such a thing.
