Hi, all. Quite a few years ago, an RN told me that she relieved cracked
nipples with sterile saline water compresses. Does anybody out there in
Lactnetland do this? Does it really promote healing well? Better than
breastmilk itself? Please give formula how much regular table salt to how
much water. Does water have to be boiled?
TIA, Judy Knopf
