my $0.02, worth about fenugreek - an anecdote of a young mother who used
fenugreek tea successfully for increasing milk supply visited an LC who had
a little breastfeeding supply shop and noted that she felt great on
fenugreek - was worried about it being addictive - though it would be a
great antidepressant.  also was very happy with her milk supply.
