I forgot to mention in my original plea, that this mom has also tried 2%miconazole nitrate cream - used it for about 5-6 days with no improvement.  Howlong would it take to see results with this?  Would Lotrimin be more effective, and if so, how long to treat?  Still wanting natural remedies for this if possible.  Thanks!!
