I was making the point that French MD's, as a group, discourage
breastfeeding for any reason, even something as ridiculous as "the
ruining the breasts" story.  But the French are hung up on breasts
(because they were all weaned too early--see quote I sent in once by
Gunter Grass).  Look at any French parent magazine.  The ads are mostly
for formula, bottles, and things to preserve the woman's figure.
Indeed, the only breasts in these magazines are in these ads, the rest
of the time babies are shown on the bottle.

No, even our Canadian and American MD's look good compared to the
French.  Note: The preceding was a general statement.  There are
exceptions.

I do not believe that breastfeeding, in general, causes breasts to sag
or lose their whatever.  On the contrary, I feel that breasts that have
nursed have a certain je ne sais quoi which make them more attractive.
