Margot,
        I have had success stopping leaking by pressing against the nipples.
There is no reason why this can't be done surreptiously by folding her arms
across her chest and pressing hard or leaning forward against her desk.
Magician's use the trick of distraction and looking at something else
because other people will follow your eye contact.
