Regarding the use of BM for non-traditional uses (such as treating HIV),
there will be a whole session on nontraditional uses of Breastmilk at the
LLLI 40th Anniversary Conference July 3-6 in Washington, DC. I believe
that Lois Arnold is speaking and will cover at least transplantation, HIV,
and burns in a continuing education session. 'Just thought you'd like to
know--spread the word. Also, the LLLI-AAP Physician BF Seminar will be
back to back with the conference. I hope I'm not violating Lactnet code by
posting this (sorry if I did).
WarmLLLy,
Chris
