I'm glad to have the opportunity to communicate with other lactation
professionals and interested persons on LACTNET. A very brief introduction:
I'm an IBCLC (since 1987), and an RN.  I am a private practice LC and also
work in school nursing with students ages 3 years through high school
graduation.  I'm currently completing a BSN and anticipate entering a
masters' level nursing (family nurse practitioner) program in a few months.
I am, I think, still the only IBCLC for 200 miles or so in any direction, so
the opportunity to stay in touch with other LCs and practitioners is most
appreciated!
