I think Bestfeeding is a much easier book to go through than the Womanly
Art. The Womanly Art is a book for women who want Breastfeeding
information and philosophy; while Bestfeeding includes some philosophy it
really addresses problem-solving, and it is much shorter. Breastfeeding:
Pure and Simple is also a good no-nonsense book. I don't think it's a good
idea to suggest a gigantic book to a woman who feels she is in a crisis.
