I believe a vote for any of the changes would create an undecipherable
procedural mess because it could be argued that is was a tacit approval
of the changes (omissions) not included on the ballot. For this reason,
I am sending back my ballot with all changes marked "NO". and a sheet
stapled to the front with the following statement:
I do not approve any change to the bylaws at this time. If a ballot had
been offered which clearly identified all the changes, including omissions
and reorganizations, I would have found some of changes desirable, but
I will not add to the confusion this ballot is causing by voting in favor of
anything on it. I hope a new ballot, which clearly offers the opportunity
to approve or disapprove ALL the changes, including omissions and
reorganizations, will be forthcoming soon.
