I wanted to include a statement in our state's "WIC Breast Pump Policy" that
the "manufacturer (of breast pumps selected) must not be involved with the
infant formula industry and comply with the WHO Code".  I was told by a state
WIC consultant that the WHO Code was voted yes by U.S., but with exceptions,
so we couldn't add it because of that.  Now I don't believe this to be true,
but where is there written info that can say one way or the other?

Does anyone have suggestions on better wording?
