I don't uderstand this.  If this mom can express 40ml after she nurses
every waking hour, why would she want more?  Also, I thought babies
typically double their weight in 20 weeks.  300 gm/wk is faster than that.
Is it possible this baby is uncomfortable because he's getting primarily
foremilk with it's lactose load causing strong bowel activity?  If so, keeping
him on one breast the whole time might make him more comfortable.
