Hi Netters,

In most causes where a mother complains of sore nipples when pumping, using
USP modified lanolin eases up on the tension inside the kit.  You can either
put the lanolin directly on the breast flange or all around the nipple and
areola.  Marianne Neifert uses it routinely when pumping.  I am unaware of
any side effects.
