I have a mother who is breastfeedin her second child who is 7 months old. She recently began exercising and has noted a decrease in her milk supply. Also, whenever the baby nurses, he sucks for 2-3 minutes then pulls off screaming. She experienced the same problem with her first child. When she quit exercising, her supply increased. She could not find a happy medium. any information on this situation?
