Hi, everyone,
        I'll reintroduce myself, since I've been NO MAIL for a few months.
I'm Jo Mihalik,RN,IBCLC, from Nashville, Tn.
        Mom with an 8 wk old baby. Nursed first baby 10 months without diff.
Has had a crack at the base of both nipples in the upper outer quadrant since
day 1.  Heals slightly with pumping, but with resumed nursing flares up again.
No evidence of thrush in mom or baby.  Positioning appears correct. (switched
from cradle to cross cradle.)
        Would appreciate any input.
