I was fascinated to see the list of organizations that ratified the "ten
steps of the mother-friendly childbirth initiative." What surprised me was
learning that ILCA had done so.  Did I miss a document mentioning this or
soemthing? Or were others as surprised as I?

As an ILCA member, I have no objection to such ratification, but would have
expected to have been told this was done on my behalf.  Or am I expecting
too much?
