Hi. I have two more questions. Could not find Dynabac in Tom Hale's
book. Got a mother supposed to take 500 mg/day. Is this ok?

Also, got a mom, just found out she is pregnant. This is a phys.
assistant who feels that tandem nursing would be the epitome of
motherhood. Yeah!  Anyway, she is vegetarian, will eat eggs and cheese,
but wants to know how much protein she should be taking in and other
nutritional needs.
