I'm sure Tami will have a good reply for this as well, but here's my .02.

To make an infusion of sage leaves, use 20g leaves to 50 ml water.  Purple
sage is more effective than the common green plant. Epileptics should not
use it, as it contains thujone, which can trigger fits. Use care with the
amount, as it is commonly used when weaning.
