using cup feeds rather than bottles, and minute ventilation, tidal volume,
oxygen saturations during cup feeding.

Check out Paula Meier (sp?).  She has published lots of studies on the
subject.  I can probably look up some of the references from her
presentation at the UNM conference in the spring of 1995 if this isn't
enough help.
