Marie:  Although Ipm not a dentist, I'll take a stab at answering "what's
the big deal about teeth which are meant to fall out anyway?".  My
understanding is that if these teeth rot, it interferes with the proper
alignment of the permanent teeth.  The dental professionals on line may
