        Here in Costa Rica, we use "Posicion de Sandia" for the term
"football hold" which means "watermelon position" because as you might
imagine this is how people usually carry their watermelons home from the market.
        E-mail me if you want me to send some of the literature that the
government's Lactation Commission puts out (in Spanish). It might help with
other translations.
