I got a phone call from ILCA president, Amy Spangler.  I'm sure she called
some of you too.  She shared alot of info with me re the JHL Editor in Chief
issue.  I asked her to send me an e-mail that I could post to lactnet.  She
does not feel that lactnet is the appropriate forum for this discussion, so
she asked me to continue it privately.  You can e-mail me privately for her
explanation and see my response to her.  But she has assured me that EiC will
be a paid position.  She encourages ILCA members to contact the board for any
questions or concerns re ILCA business.
