   most probably she was told to pump and dump by her physician and either
had no other information available or having other information choise to
follow her physican advice for one of many reasons....

            1. lack of confidence
            2. lack of support to buck the system
            3. fear... of the physician, of family, of what might happen if
he was right... of what might happen if her found out....

           - it is very difficult to go contrary to the what you are told and
expected to do...
