I have been working with a mom who has a 3 month old, has been
exclusively breast fed until mom returned to work full time 3 weeks ago.
Was pumping great - good supply until 2 weeks ago and then went down
dramatically!  Had some blood work done and found her thyroid level is low -
her doc does not feel she needs any replacement thyoid - she is asking me
for any other rememdies....Thoughts??????????  (The first one I have is find
another doctor!!)
