Nina,
I would be interested in knowing the field of expertise of the person who
said that bovine proteins and fats were secreted whole into human milk.
There is evidence that bovine immunoglobulins do wind up in human milk,
but I have never heard of dietary lipids being transported whole into
human milk.  Would be interested in any research data this person could
cite.
