>NMAA's "Breastfeeding Review" Vol II No 4 Nov 1991 has an excellent
>article "Breastfeeding After Breast Reduction: Guidleines for
>Mothers" by Wendy Nicholson RN RM IBCLC.
Ros,
Any suggestions on how I could find a copy of this article? I have a mom
with the same circumstances, breast reduction at age 19, now many years
later pregnant and due in November with baby #2. She tried nursing baby
#1 for a short time, but was convinced by family that she was starving
the baby, even though she had some milk. This time she is educating
herself as to what's normal and is looking for any and all information
about breastfeeding after breast reduction. I know she'd love to read
this!
