I'm interested in any comments any of the MD's on the list might
have regarding how formula marketing may or may not have affected your
prescribing of other medications. eg. Bristol-Myers Squibb, Abbott
Laboratories, MeadJohnson, Wyeth-Ayerst, (and probably many others ) market
many other pharmaceuticals --
Does anybody really know who really owns any of the big companies
anyway? ie, We know Mead Johnson makes Tempra, but "Tylenol" suspension is
made by McNeil -- is McNeil ultimately owned by one of the big gun formula
manufacturers?
Any thoughts?
Please e-mail me privately . Thanks.
