I have been following the discussion re. suck
difficulties/confusion/preference with interest. A company producing an
orthodontic teat is giving a presentation "Breastfeeding & (company name)" on
Tuesday evening. Does anyone know if there has been any research, not
necessarily published, on the efficacy of various teats? I recall that Dr
Palmer is going to be no-mail for a while. Could someone who attended his
talk at ILCA, please let me know if he had anything to say re. teats &
dummies. The company apparently has a video which demonstrates that the teat
is like mother's nipple - comments please.
