I have not suffered from endrometriosis, but one of my co-LLLLs suffered
from her teen years, through several years of pain, infertility and
surgeries from the condition. After she was finally able to conceive her
first child, her symptoms have vanished. She has nursed that child since
birth (over 4 years now), and was able to become pregnant with #2 with no
problem. Now that #2 is going on 2 years, my friend finds herself in the
position for the first time in her life (age 38) of needing to use birth
control. She is convinced that pregnancy and breastfeeding have been her
cure, and is enjoying life without pain and unusual bleeding.
