Is there any recommended dosage for brewer's yeast? I shmoosed around in
a pharmacy and found 2 different preparations in capsule form, from 2
different companies. One was 315 mg/capsule, instructions to take 4-5
times a day with food. The other was 486 mg and said to take "with every
meal". If I was totally confused, what about a 21 year old who didn't
finish high school and first heard of breastfeeding the first
time a nurse put her baby in her arms and said "Feed!"? What should I
recommend to moms whose babies aren't satisfying the PHN's expectations?
(Sorry for the bittnerness, all you GREAT PHNs on Lactnet. You'll have to
trust me on this - Israeli PHNs are far, far behind you. You'd be bitter
- and nuts - too if you were here. Please, no hard feelings, OK?)
