This is a month late, but Family Circle, June 4, 1996 issue has an
interesting article "Living the Good Life on One Income" (p. 20) and other
features related to saving money when choosing to stay at home. I realize
that for some staying home is not a choice, but it could be an option for
many, especially when the kids are young. Anyway, I liked the story, as it
is what we do in our home.
