Since ringworm is a fungus, lotrimin might work.  I have seen docs prescribe
Nizoral (sp?) (ketoconazole) cream for ringworm.  The trick with treating
ringworm is that the cream does not actually cure the infected skin, it makes
the surrounding and upcoming healthy skin more resistant to the fungus.  Thus
one must wait for skin turnover to occur before it is cured.  A frustrating
malady.
        I have only seen ringworm on the breast once, in this case it
developed right where baby's nose rested during bfing (guess where it must
have come from!)  Mom got fed up with weeks of the ketoconazole and put some
ebm on it, it cleared up within a week.  Maybe it was on the verge anyway, but
it's worth a try!
