My 12 year old son, Robert, just returned from a 5 day trip to
Tononto with the Boy Scouts where he was hosted by a Canadian family.
He had lots to tell about his experiences, but one of the very first
things he wanted to tell me is that Canada'a Wonderland ( a
Paramount theme park) has an area for nursing mothers which they
advertise in their admission booklet). Not bad for a kid who says he
doesn't want to have children when he grows up ("too much trouble").
Of couse, it would also be nice if there was a statement that, in
addition to the private area, mothers are welcome to nurse
everywhere - but this is a nice start.
