Hi Sharon

A mother with prem, unwell twins who is working 10 hour days ???
No wonder her milk supply is down! The frequency of pumping is
not helping matters, but I wonder if the long working hours
is a way of distancing herself from the stress of her new
babies (a form of denial), which of course would include
not pumping that much.
Maybe this mum needs some TLC and time away from payed
employment to relax and get to know her new babies.
