Diane Wiessinger asks for a substitute cause the real thing can't be used in
taste tests. Two questions:
(1) Why not?
(2) Have you considered pasteurized human milk? Home pasteurization, or even
boiling the milk, would destroy any bacteria, fungi or viruses that could
cause a problem.
