Hi, everyone. Please do feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but
the way that I understood the Code is that ABM cannot be
publicized or promoted, nor samples distributed without dr's
recommendation *in health care settings* (health clinic,
hospital, etc.). Disgusting as it is, I don't think that the CBS
TV program having an advertisement for formula is a violation of
the Code. In your place, I would protest *loudly* about CBS
advertising a product *that makes babies sick*. Cover this blunt
statement with medical literature. Be sarcastic. Be nasty. But be
accurate! May the Breast be with you. ;-)
