I'd try the classic 015 or similar pump and use breast massage before and
during pumping.  The stress of a premie birth and nicu experience contributes
to typical low supply I think.  If she had breast changes with pg and
expereinced some engorgement I think she will produce.  I strongly urge
Kangaroo care - the baby seems definitely ready for this - lots of skin to
skin with baby.
