     3) ann c... who is on line years ago wrote a piece on reoccuring breast
infection and if you will a plug may be a precurser so... the advise given
is:

                no caffeine, no deoderant, - particularily no
antiperspirants, no decad products, no choc and wear a bra with push up pads
to keep the breasts up right preventing presure on ducts.

    - my best luck has been increase of salt. -
