Joanna,
I have not seen low milk supply related to anorexia, but I have noticed an
increase in milk supply and spontaneous MER's in actively bulemic moms.  I
compared notes with other LC's at a conference, and one LC confided that she
was bulemic for 2 of her bf experiences, and had huge supplies; and was not
bingeing and purging for her other 2 lactations, for which she had a normal
supply.  If this purely anecdotal association holds true, there could
certainly be a converse effect of anorexia.  There's so much we don't know...
