Helena:

    according to S. Love... the cyst should be aspirated periodically to
assure one that it is truly as cyct... they are easily detected by ultra
sound so that should be an alternative as well...

     the other reason to aspirate is if there is discomfort...

     i would think that one would prefer to refrain from multiple aspirations
as there is the possibility of both bleeding and bruising....
