Saw a great article in the Boston Globe yesterday about one of our
local up and coming TV newscasters who just had a baby and returned to
work after about 8 weeks. Without making a big deal there were
several references to her nursing the baby. The focus of the srticle
was how her priorities have shifted since her baby was born and the
trials of balancing a work and family life. Something many of us
struggle with, but she's a high profile person so these issues
get press. In all it was a positive article and I was glad to see
how casually the breastfeeding piece was treated.
