  the problem may have been there with the other two and they mnay have
either found a way to cope of not been bothered....

  is the problem more noticable at a certian time of the feed.,.. can she
remove baby. let down and then continue?

  is the baby sitting up at the breast? thif often makes it easier to
handle....

  you can work with her to reduce her milk supply... very gently.
