all that keeps us going when others would quit? My head is quite mushy from hitting
those walls but I still get up everyday (most of the time) ready to face the same wall
or a new one and love it!

Although I am new and not yet certified, I have suffered extreme melt down (thanks for
the phrase Margery) bouts about every three months and now have my private e-mail group
and a few dearly loved friends on and off Lactnet who have been my lifeline during my
last burnout spell. Perhaps that is the trick of the trade. Find people who will
support you and what you do even when you feel other people who may be directly around
don't.
