The book that I was talking about that Sue asked about is a book co-edited
by Katherine Dettwyler called BREASTFEEDING BIOCULTURAL PERSPECTIVES.  It is
copyright 1995 by Aldine de Gruyter.  Patricia Stuart-Macadam is the other
co-editor. It has the chapter on the natural age of weaning that was the
basis for the talk she gave at ILCA as well as for chapter on Beauty and the
Breast which was the videoed in the video Karen is asking about.  The
company that did the recording for ILCA should have that video available
soon.  Check JHL and Globes.

The book is sold by many of us.  I think that LLLI sells it, as well as some
of the other outfits.  You can probably find out through the Web pages,
