Another LC told me years ago she figured an ability to express drops decades
beyond weaning was a hazard of the profession - all that focus on breasts.
My younger child is 13, and I still get my shirt damp when I demonstrate
hand expression. (Especially on the left, my preferred demo side but not
my preferred nursing side. And yes, my shirt is on. It's just that it's
hard to demonstrate - especially over the phone - and keep my hands still.
Haven't had a father faint yet.)

do/do not use their own bodies to demonstrate.
