     i often see mothers nbeding over thier babies when feeding... this
causes tremendous stress and strain to the lower back.... resulting in back
pain,,,,,,,

     too often, when mother "pick-up" thie children they bend over...

      to 'be nice" to ones back one should NEVER bend over one should squat
down adn lift with the strength of the legs.....
