I would recommend the video produced by U.S. Committee for UNICEF at
Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, Washington.  It is titled, "Learning to Be
Baby Friendly."  There are several segments where physicians, nurses and
lactation consultant are sitting around a conference table discussing the
value of breastfeeding promotion.  The fact that physicians take part in the
video may make it more readily accepted by other physicians.
